ARRIVE Palm Springs is heaven!! The rooms is bright, sunny and packed with charming touches and cool vibes. The bed is huge and comfy. The bathroom is gorgeous, huge walk-in shower and great products. Mini fridge and bar is stocked with products. The open wardrobe is great for hanging clothes and luggage storage. The pool and surrounding pool area is what makes the hotel truly shine. I visited in early December and it was warm and sunny so a pool hang was perfect. Good, healthy menu options as well are served by the pool. Self parking is a great option and it's also free which is so rare in hotels these days, it's located behind the hotel via the side street. There is also a drop off point at the front of the hotel main entrance. Check-in is via the bar Historic downtown is a few blocks down the road.

Really loved our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived early at 1pm which was very helpful. We received a complimentary drinks token which was also a lovely touch. Our room was very spacious and included a patio and a fireplace even though not needed in 36 degrees! Bed was super comfortable and shower area was great with nice amenities. Pool area on a Tuesday was nice and peaceful, pretty quiet and enjoyable to sit out and make the most of the sunny weather. Food and drinks by the pool were also great. The ice cream bar next door is lovely if you need something to cool down and there is lots of great restaurants, supermarket and petrol station very close by. Would have loved to have stayed more than one night!

We love Paul! He was so nice, and friendly. The pool is great with plenty of sunny and shaded seating options, a fire pit, cabanas, couches, misters! Rooms are super clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Location is convenient and close to both the airport and downtown. Delicious sushi restaurant across the street, ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. Breakfast at the bar in the hotel was also excellent!

The retro modern feel of the whole place. Loved the whole set up of the easy check in at the bar. Parking was easy. Also the manager and staff were super welcoming and attentive with providing pool side carafe’s of water, drinks and cold washcloths to keep cool. There was also a nice happy hour with food and drinks at 3pm.

The property was very clean and the service was fantastic. Everyone was respectful and it was a perfect adults only vibe for any age. There were previous reviews of the showers not being hot but we did not experience that. I love a hot shower and the water temperature and pressure was perfect! The view of the mountains from the pool and watching the side set behind them was gorgeous.

I liked the boutique/apartment style property. Room was quiet. The pool area was not too crowded, private and for adults only. Very relaxing. Beautiful room decor. There was complimentary birthday champagne and a hand written card in the room. A very wonderful surprise. Thank you!

Great fresh, new, clean facility. Pool was in the center and great. Pool and hot tub both heated and they had fire pits all around. Bed was extremely comfortable!
